This is the first in the ILSA quadriology, where Dyanne Thorne plays lead Nazi doctor/commander in a demented prison camp.
The brutal horrors of the medical experiments carried out at "Camp 9" are nothing compared to the private research carried out in the underground torture chambers of ILSA's private quarters. Here ILSA, assisted by her two henchwomen, Ingrid and Margrit, hope to prove by subjecting women to the most excruciating forms of torture and punishment, that women are equal to men when it comes to standing pain. ILSA is an Aryan who can stand no weakness in either women or men. To satisfy her tremendous sexual appetite, she sleeps with one of the male prisoners each night, and then castrates him if he cannot satisfy her. in the camp, she is known as the "Black Widow".
There are plenty of torture scenes interwoven with escapades featuring ILSA and her favorite American-German prisoner. Eventually, escape plans are formed .. leading to a action-packed conclusion that is quite unpredictable.

The film you are about to see is based upon documented fact. The atrocities shown were conducted as "medical experiments" in special concentration camps throught Hitler's Third Reich. Although these crimes against humanity are historically accurate, the characters depicted are composites of notorious Nazi personalities; and the events portrayed have been condensed into one locality for dramatic purposes. Because of its shocking subject matter, this film is restricted to adult audiences only.
